Second trimester: 4 sessions, weeks 14, 18, 23, and 26.
Third trimester: 6 sessions, weeks 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38.
The final week: 2 sessions, the final massage should be scheduled as close to the due date as possible.
Postpartum: 1 session, within 90 days of labor
